Summer Pointe Homeowners' Association is dedicated to upholding a consistent level of excellence by providing a beautifully maintained environment for our residents and guests.
Summer Pointe is a development with 76 lots. Custom home building began in 2005 and continues today. Summer Pointe is located in Ninety Six, SC on Lake Greenwood. The sense of community is strong here. Sidewalks wind their way to each amenity, linking neighbor to neighbor. Special places such as the Village Green, the Community Gazebo, the Swimming Pool and Pool House, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball Court and the Community Fire Pit naturally draw neighbors together. Our residents hail from all over the nation, but together we celebrate lake living every day of the year.
