Summer Pointe HOA

The neighborhood boat ramp is located at the west end of the neighborhood.  

Summer Pointe's Boat Storage Area provides ample room for boat, trailer and jet ski storage.

Summer Pointe's Community Pool and Pool House is located on the Village Green.  The pool is 45' x 62' and features a beautiful palm tree mosaic.  The Pool House offers a meeting room, kitchen, bathrooms and storage area for the pool equipment.  A retractable awning provides additional shade in the summer months.  New pool furniture was installed for the 2021 season!

Summer Pointe has two Gazebos for neighborhood gathering.  The main Gazebo is on the Village Green as you enter the neighborhood.  Next to the Gazebo is a firepit that is available for gatherings.  At Christmas time the Gazebo is decorated with a massive Christmas tree in the center with garlands and lights around the railings.
The second Gazebo is located on the west end of the neighborhood.  Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from this Gazebo.

Summer Pointe's Tennis Court area under went a major renovation in the Spring of 2021.  The area was transformed into a doubles play tennis court, a pickleball court and a half court basketball court.  Courtside benches were also installed.

The Village Green is the main gathering place for the Summer Pointe residents.  The main Gazebo, Firepit, Pool and Pool House can be found on the Village Green.
